A Weekend Off

If things go according to plan, I am taking next weekend off. Not from work, not from blogging, but from partying.

Last weekend we had Tiffany’s party. That was a lot of fun. Last night I invited a few friends over and we celebrated Char’s birthday. That too was a lot of fun.

Back when I was younger, I remember going to one type of party or another four or five times a week. I think the key phrase is – “back when I was younger”

PARTY ON – I’m taking a week off!

I know what you mean. But Tiffany and Char needed to be celebrated, so it was only right to do so. Enjoy your break from it all!

And Char looks beautiful. :0)

The party must not have gotten too carried away, at least you got Char in this picture.
With that cake right in front of her she looks 'well lit.'

Char looked like she was enjoying it! Hope you "recover" well! Take that weekend for you and for Char, the two of you deserve some "we" time!

Yep, these parties can take their toll on us. We celebrated my son's birthday today with an ice cream cake. Gosh that's good stuff!
Get your rest and be ready to party on.

happy be-lated birthday to char!!! that cake looks like one of my favorites. we called it a boston creme pie (i know not pie it is cake)any way it looked just like that, the middle was a bavarian creme it was called but it was the texture of custard. it is one of my favorites, they don't have it around here and around here know one has heard of it. anyway hope she had a great day.

Happy b-day to both of your girls.
I hope Char liked the shovel and kitty litter. You are such a thoughtful hubby. :)

Char seems happy. Was this picture before or after the snow shovel and kitty litter?
