Super

That was quite the game yesterday. Whether your team won or not both teams are to be commended for a great game. It was a fun game to watch.

But, it’s not all about football. We had quite the feast going at the same time. There was a crock-pot of chili, a cheese and cracker plate, a few chicken wings, chips and dip, lettuce wraps, a rack of smoked ribs, and the old stand by – a pitcher of ice tea.

A super game complete with super food.

Sounds like a nice small feast! Wish I were there. You guys eat very good.

Mrs. Jim made Louisiana gumbo for our Super bowl, the chicken and sausage kind. She has seafood but I think she is freezing that for next time.

Great menu Ralph. It looks good and I know I was.
The game was as good as it gets.
Thanks for the invite but you'll need to call about 8 hours sooner.

Ralph, we had chili too! We do the Superbowl here, just for the 5 of us. A few of the frozen hors dourves, chili, baby quiche, chips and dip, and this year, french bread pizza, that I made from scratch. I also bought frozen "wings of fire" and we grazed throughout the game. I set up and cokked during the game and sat during the comercials. Patrick and danny like to watch the game, Scott hates football, and Cassidy and I like the commercials. It is a nice and easy way to spend the evening as a family! Glad you had your Feast too Ralph!

Mmm ~ Tasty! And a good game, despite there being not a New England Patriot in sight.

I didn't watch a single minute of the game. I was glad to hear it was a competitive game because I think that made it more exciting for all you sports fans.
The food looks YUMMY!!
