User Friendly
For the last few weeks, I have been making some decisions that have upset many people.
Today I was ‘interfacing’ with a group of people and was told, “You know, if you were a piece of computer software you’d have ‘Not User Friendly’ written all over your forehead”.
The statement made me laugh but it also made me realize not everything in life is a popularity contest - like the election.

You're right but you get better employee ratings if you try to win the popularity contest. Ask Char about student ratings.

I'm not very popular at work lately. I think they didn't like the 40 minute meeting where I guess, so I heard, that I yelled at them for the whole 40 minutes. I don't think I was yelling, but I was trying to make it very clear what I won't be tolerating!!!
Tough decisions are... tough.
