Sound Advice

I read the post, “Preaching and Hypocrisy” again. Then I sat back and thought, “You know that is good advice – even if I did write it.” I decided to practice what I preached.

It resulted in Homespun Headlines 2008, my fourth book. The back cover says in part, “Between the covers of this book you can catch up on history, keep up on current events, and even learn what the future holds. There is truly no other book like it.”

You can view the 2008 version here, the entire series here, or none of them here.

These books are becoming easier and easier to produce and are a great way of retaining many stories and events to pass on.

I love that you do these. I remember what a struggle it was for you to get through the first one, mainly because you were figuring out the technicalities of the thing. What a pro you've become! :0)

Ralph, I envy your talents. And the fact that you haven't allowed it to break up your marraige.
Now for this book. It's everything and more that the publicist says it is. I was the first one in this county to get one. Thanks! I will have to admit you are the best selling author between us. How many have you sold(purchased)?

When I purchase those books I just consider it my way, small as it is, of stimulating the economy.

Well, Ralph, you are doing good with your book. I get an "educator's discount" at Hasting's Bookstores. They might carry it?

Terrific! Great cover shot too, also.

The Reverend had my first 30 Blog Church sermons bound and printed for me. It was a nice surprise.

Having your stories printed makes for wonderful gifts, and protects your stories just in case Blogger goes wacky and loses your entire blog.

I love your Homespun Headlines Ralph!

My brother should make a book. He has many childhood stories that he should pass on.

I do love that cover!! That makes it even more special since I was there!!!
