I Don't Think So
Shoveling five to six inches of snow off the driveway this morning, I was thinking about the weather person who predicted “a half inch or less.” My thoughts were not nice.
Then I was out on icy roads trying to avoid playing bumper cars with everyone else. I noticed several people who were playing, they didn’t look like they were having fun.
I decided rather than playing bumper cars a cup of coffee sounded good. That’s when I saw this sign. I had seen it last week with Char. I can see it now – stop in for a cup of coffee and leave with a tattoo on my arm. A heart and the words inside it read, “I Love Folgers Classic Roast.”

Perhaps you could also get something pierced.
ouch
if I didn't already hate coffee, getting a tattoo and a piercing would do it.
When I managed the coffeehouse a customer commented that she would never hire employees with tattoos or piercings. I told her that she'd have no employees.
I promise not to get too wild at Blogstock and show my tattoo-- at least on the parade route.
Maybe if you had a bigger snow shovel your snow job would go faster for you.
I have only been in a tattoo parlor just once to see what was there.
Things didn't seem very friendly there (it was Iowa, dah) so I just turned around and left.
Yours might be a nice warm spot.
..
We had snow all day yesterday. We did not need to shovel because we did not need to go anywhere. Retirment is GREAT.
I have this vision of nicely dressed people seated at various tables politely sipping their coffee with their pinky fingers in the air and their sleeve rolled up awaiting their tatoo turn.
Well, gee, when I got my tattoo, no one offered me any coffee. But the guy did offer me a toke on his reefer. (It was 1975) I politely declined.
Nora, maybe we can compare at Blogstock, but I agree. Probably not during the parade.
LOL. That is just odd!
We got a bit of ice and had school canceled - so I feel for ya.
I'll take the coffee but not the tattoo.
I sure don't like coffee houses but only because I like coffee made at home with my own pot. Expecting snow today and tommorow but for the first time in our lifes we hired some one to shovel for us. Let it snow!
Hah! At least that's not a tattoo that you'd come across too often on someone else. *G*
No snow here and it's in the 50's and sunny today. Feels like spring!! It's Saturday now BTW.
I can't imagine coffee and a tattoo! I don't think the coffee would dull the pain any. No tattoos for me.
It got up to 40 degrees here today and I was out working in my gardens.
A hot cuppa sure sounds good right now. Guess I'll have to go make some.
