The Morning After

The sun still rose in Colorado. It was even blue and orange – Bronco colors. That’s a good thing because now the big talk is “wait until next year”.

Well, at least the food was good.

So...your team didn't win?? I don't keep up with football at all. I thought yesterday was the superbowl game, what with all the food and all.......

Yep, that game was a HUGE disappointment. The truth be told I stopped watching the torture after early 3rd quarter. It looks like it will be the Steelers this year.

Great pic, btw.

Rachel - Denver lost pretty bad. The food was good. Thanks for your comment about the picture. It was really spectacular.
Cliff - I found out the seahawks have never won a superbowl before. I watched them a little yesterday. Being for the underdogs I'd kind of like to see them win.
seeker - oh yeah, we probably have two or three days of leftovers. Weather today was really great. Mid 50's, sunny, blue sky and for the first time in awhile - no wind.
Jim - the truth is I'm not a big football guy. Watch a few games, the playoffs, and the superbowl. I asked a few people who are big fans and they said he is really good. He must be - I thought both of them were going to cry just talking about him leaving.

Mike
I watched the whole thing but really gave up hope halfway through the second quarter. The handwriting was on the wall.

Just help me - from your comment in my previous post I kind of thought you might be a steelers fan. The superbowl will be a good game.

Gorgeous picture, Ralph!

I was disappointed that Denver lost, but I think that the Superbowl will be quite a game. I like the Seahawks and dislike the Panthers, so I was glad that Seattle won. Don't have a preference for the Superbowl winner...just want to see an eciting game!

That's an awesome photo. That's an awesome photo.

I saw the last couple of minutes of that game. I'm sorta with you. If the game is so important, why are they playing it again next year?

But I'm willing to come next year if you're serving those kinds of leftovers.

amRhodent - I just hope it is an exciting and close game.
Paul - thanks for your comment on the picture. Took it off our back deck. If the Broncos make the playoffs next year consider yourself invited.

Sorry that your team didn't win, Ralph, but don't mourn too much, life is too short! Better luck next year, and besides, if life was all about football, you wouldn't be able to take such great pictures!
